Puzzles-Sudoku provides a free, web-based Sudoku game and related informational content. The Service includes puzzle generation, solving tools, hints, and educational articles. No account registration is required to play. The Service is provided "as is" for your personal, non-commercial use.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality — including the puzzle generation engine, hint system, website code, article text, design, and layout — are owned by Puzzles-Sudoku and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The individual Sudoku puzzles generated by the Service are procedurally created and are not protected by copyright; this is consistent with the well-established principle that game rules, mechanics, and random puzzle outputs are not copyrightable subject matter. The specific arrangement of clues in any generated puzzle is incidental to the engine and not stored as a creative work.

Our trademarks, service marks, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim — which, as our Service is currently free, is zero.
